Payments & Returns
The price invoiced to the Client is the price of the on-line order form after order acceptance (VAT for UE countries is already included, but it is not included for non European Union countries if applicable) and will be prepaid prior to product shipment via credit card payments.
PRODUCT CHECKING, CLAIMS AND EXCHANGE
It is the Client’s responsibility to check the products immediately upon receipt of such products according to the delivery terms and conditions set forth above. Purchased products may be returned by the client within the 14 day following the receipt of the Product. Delivery costs will be fully paid by the customer unless the cause of such return is that the Product is damaged or has been delivered by mistake. Products returned must be in perfect shape and have its original packaging. Refund of products shall be made after Underbear ensures that the returned Product meets the circumstances required for such return. Underwear/swimwear bottoms are final sale for hygienic reasons.
In case the customer wants to exchange the product received for a different one (same price) he will have to email asking for it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delivery cost to send the product back to Underbear will be fully paid by the customer. As soon as we receive the product it will be checked and if it is on perfect conditions we will request the customer to pay the shipping cost for the new product. It will be shipped as soon as we receive the shipping payment.
